Working Chair Design
8 Indonesian chairs were copied for the beautiful home of Ron Denis at Bluff Beach on Bocas Isla. Excellent reproduction by my main guy Rey de la Rosa for $155.
Zapatero has a strong natural chocolate colour.
I would prefer to change this design slightly to avoid some of the detail of the back slats.
Variation of the same chair we would like to try, from Henredon.The back of this chair fits perfectly to curve of the spine making this a very anatomically correct seat.
Compact strong and stylish.
I would think about trying the wave design like the benches...
I also see the chair as solid rich polished zapatero without detail of a cut out...as shown with the Hendredon chair.
Can be done with or without upholstery.
Zapatero and Cedar together
This kitchen cabinet has a zapatero frame, and cedar panels. Done by my good friend Noel Melendez in Boquete for a fab home in the Panamonte Estates.
