Choosing White Paint - Part 2

This "white" group from Farrow and Ball are ones with a yellowish hue that are easy to live with and can also have a country feel. These four colors work well together and also with other colors too.

White Tie - This is a warm neutral with the look of "old cotton". Colors that look great with White Tie: Pointing, All White, Wimborne White, New White, Matchstick, Farrow's Cream and Dorset Cream.

String - This is a very popular color that is an earth based pigment. Use this as an off white with brighter colors or on its own with a brighter white. Colors that look great with String: Off White, Clunch, New White, White Tie, Cord, Matchstick, Mouse's Back and Cat's Paw.

Matchstick - This is a warm color that is mostly used with lighter woodwork and ceiling whites. Colors that look great with Matchstick: New White, White Tie, String, Savage Ground, Mahogany and Cat's Paw.

New White - This neutral if lighter than the popular Off White, but with a slightly warmer tone. Looks great with brighter colors. Colors that look great with New White: Pointing, White Tie, Matchstick, String, Cord, Mahogany and Cat's Paw.
