In July 2004, when the Stone Hearth Restaurant opened its doors as an original organic restaurant in Monterey, Virgina, restauranteur Pam Flynn believed that every aspect of her new venture should be characterized by authenticity.
At the center of the dining experience was her mouth-watering entrees made from the finest and freshest organic ingredients. The artwork included original paintings from her husband's art gallery. The centerpieces were beautiful flowers cut fresh from her garden. And her choice of dining room chair was the New England Windsor Dining Room Chair.
She purchased forty of the chairs from DutchCrafters. Made by the Amish in solid oak wood, the chairs were given a warm, yet contemporary look with a low sheen antique black paint. The chairs, like all of DutchCrafters furniture, were American made. The quality, comfort and solid durability was exactly what Ms. Flynn was looking for to complement the dining experience.
