A $500 Kitchen Makeover!

Design Tip: Elizabeth painted her floor instead of replacing it to save money. Here is how she did it!
Clean floor well with TSP then Kilz the floor. No sanding needed. Use flat latex porch paint and then seal with three coats polyurethane.
