JMX International's rating with the Better Business Bureau has been upgrade from "A" to "A+", reflecting the company's history with a very low number of complaints.
The rating of A+ is the highest rating a company can achieve. JMX International prides itself on strong customer service, matching the quality of the 10,000 products that it sells.
The JMX Family of Stores includes DutchCrafters.com, the largest selection of Amish furniture anywhere on the Internet. Other e-stores include JmxBamboo.com, GardenTones.com, OceanFare.com and more.
JMX International was recently named to the Gulf Coast Business Review's Gulf Coast 500. The company is located in Sarasota, FL and has been in business since 2003.

JMX International Maintains an "A" Grade by the BBB
JMX International has maintained a grade of "A" by the Better Business Bureau's Reliability Report. JMX has been accredited by the BBB since May 2006. JMX CEO Jim Miller commented on the rating, "I believe that the BBB report is an important demonstration of third party credibility. Consumers know and trust the BBB. This report helps to translate that credibility to online retailers, helping customers sort out the good ones from the bad. We believe that the report simply reflects our strong commitment to our customers, the quality of our products, and our values of honesty and integrity."
BBB issues Reliability Reports on all businesses, whether or not they are BBB accredited. If a business is a BBB Accredited Business, it is stated in the report, as is the case with JMX International. The grade of "A" means it supports BBB's services to the public and meets our BBB Accreditation standards.
